Salon Booking and Cancellation Policies

These policies help us respect everyone's time and keep our stylists and chairs running smoothly. Please read them before you book your appointment.

Appointment Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of R200 is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving late may lose their appointment slot depending on the salon schedule.
Late arrivals will forfeit their R200 deposit and may need to book a new appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

No-Show

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying the salon will forfeit their R200 deposit.
Future appointments may require advance payment.
